Ordering
Whilst we do make every effort to ensure all our items listed are in stock, we must inform you in the event of us not having the item you have purchased or require, we will offer you an alternative, later delivery date or full refund.
All payments by credit card will be processed by Shopify Payments & Paypal securely. Alfie & Bear does not handle any card sensitive data for orders placed online. For any information or queries regarding ordering with us please email info@alfieandbear.co.uk or call 07768972029.
Please note that all pictures may not be to scale and dimensions, colours and sizes should be checked before placing your final order. Also please be aware that as with all photography there maybe slight variations between colours.
If you wish to cancel an order with us, please contact info@alfieandbear.co.uk as soon as possible.
Delivery
All of our orders will be sent out using a Royal Mail delivery service. Currently we can only offer standard delivery with a dispatch time of 2-3 working days, this will be charged at £4.95 (greeting card orders only will charged at £1.50). Please be aware these costs apply to Mainland UK only. Surcharges may apply to the Highlands.
Orders from European addresses will be charged at £20, and orders from the rest of the world £38.
Please be aware that overseas customers may be eligible to pay local customs and or duties charges, these are not included in your payment to us, and we are not accountable to pay them.
Please allow 14-21 days for international deliveries to arrive with you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Alfie & Bear purchase we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on your item/s. Providing it is returned in its original packaging and is in saleable condition. Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to reimburse return postage costs (only in the exception of faulty goods) but we recommend you retain certificate of postage in the event the parcel does not reach us. For any further returns information please contact info@alfieandbear.co.uk

We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers, we will never ask for any personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. Personal data collected by Alfie & Bear will be safely & securely stored and not shared with any third party.
