Returns

We do hope you are happy with your Alfie & Bear purchases, however if there is any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange or refund your item providing that it returned to us safely, in its original packaging and is in saleable condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt - please do contact one of our team at info@alfieandbear.co.uk for further returns information.

If for any reason the goods you receive are faulty or damaged please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will happily arrange a replacement for you. 

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of any return postage, but we do recommend that you retain proof of postage incase the return fails to reach us. (In the case of faulted items return postage will be reimbursed).
